Whether your child needs extra support, wants to strengthen core skills, or is preparing for a more challenging grade level, Swan’s summer learning programs are designed to meet students where they are and help them move forward.

Summer is a useful time to prepare young students for the reading, writing, and math challenges ahead in their formative years. K–2 Academic Workshops are designed to help students strengthen the essential skills that form the foundation for future success.

Past summer workshops have focused on early literacy, writing, handwriting, and math readiness in a supportive small-group setting. Updated Summer 2027 dates, times, pricing, and registration information will be shared when available.

3rd–12th Grade Academic Intensives

For students in 3rd–12th grade, summer offers flexibility to reinforce, review, and expand skills in key academic areas. Academic Intensives provide targeted instruction to help students catch up, stay sharp, or prepare for a more challenging year.

Students may focus on one core area at a time, such as reading comprehension, writing, math, study skills, or SAT prep. Updated Summer 2027 schedules, pricing, and registration details will be released when planning is complete.

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade Academic Workshops

The diagnostic assessment may be done prior to Intensive (3rd -12th grade). The assessment usually takes 45-60 minutes to complete and is given in the morning. If you would like to have the assessment done before workshop:
  1. Register for Intensive
  2. Call the center to arrange an appointment to complete the diagnostic evaluation.
  3. The center will make an appointment for you to discuss the results of the evaluation with the director.

  • Balance due one week before camp begins
  • Summer Workshop deposits and tuition are non-refundable. We cannot schedule makeup days for absences. The balance will be charged to the credit card on file the Monday before your student’s first week of the camp. Registration is not complete until your deposit is received.
