Summer Enrichment Programs
At Swan Learning Center, we offer engaging and personalized academic summer camps in Charlotte designed to prevent summer learning loss and help students strengthen their skills in reading, writing, math, and test preparation. Our camps are carefully tailored for students of all ages, combining fun activities with meaningful learning experiences.
These camps not only help students retain what they’ve learned over the school year, but they also give them a head start for the year ahead. By attending our camps, students will build confidence, enhance their academic abilities, and be well-prepared for their next grade level.
Summer Programs for Middle School & High School Students in Charlotte
Swan Learning Center offers academic summer programs for students who need to catch up, stay sharp, prepare for a challenging school year, or strengthen important academic skills before fall.
Our summer intensives are especially helpful for middle school and high school students who want targeted support in reading, writing, math, study skills, SAT preparation, and advanced coursework readiness.
Middle School Support
Math review, reading comprehension, writing skills, organization, study habits, and preparation for a stronger school year.
High School Readiness
Support before algebra, geometry, Algebra II, honors classes, AP courses, IB coursework, and more demanding writing assignments.
SAT Prep
Targeted summer SAT preparation to help students build test-taking strategy, pacing, math skills, reading comprehension, and confidence.
Option 1
K-2 Academic Workshops
Summer is the perfect time to prepare young students for the reading, writing, and math challenges ahead in their formative years. Our K-2 Academic Workshops focus on building essential skills in reading, writing, and math that form the foundation for future success. You can choose to focus on one or two core programs such as Reading, Writing, or Math based on your child’s needs.
These workshops are held Monday through Thursday, with 1½ hour sessions either in the morning or afternoon. We’ve found this time to be ideal for engaging young learners and giving them the attention they need to grow.
The workshop is available for one or multiple weeks throughout the summer, and you don’t have to sign up for consecutive weeks. The tuition is $350 per week, and we offer a reduced Diagnostic Testing rate of $100. Our core programs include:

3rd-12th Grade Academic Intensives
For our older students in 3rd-12th grade, summer offers the flexibility to reinforce, review, and expand their skills in key academic areas. Whether your child is in upper elementary, transitioning to middle school, or preparing for high school courses, our Academic Intensives provide targeted instruction to help them catch up or get ahead in subjects like math, reading comprehension, writing, and SAT prep.
Our 2-hour Academic Intensives are offered Monday through Thursday and can be customized to your child’s specific needs. You can choose to focus on one core area per week, such as reading comprehension, writing composition, math, or SAT prep. Whether you want to solidify foundational knowledge or prepare for more advanced topics, our program gives students the tools they need to succeed.
The tuition for this program is $400 per week, with a one-time Diagnostic Testing fee of $100. You can choose from the following areas of focus:

Our summer Academic Workshops and Intensives run from early June through late August, making it easy for families to fit into their schedules, no matter their school calendar.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday (no Friday sessions).
