What Is the ESA+ Scholarship?
The ESA+ Scholarship aims to assist K–12 students with documented disabilities who are eligible for special education services. Qualified families may receive annual scholarship awards of $9,000, with certain students qualifying for up to $17,000 per year, contingent upon the nature of their disability.

How ESA+ Works at Swan Learning Center

We make implementation entirely straightforward through four simple steps.
Step 1: Apply
Families submit their formal scholarship application profile through the official state NCSEAA online portal during the priority open enrollment window starting each February.
Step 2: Receive Funding
Once state authorization is approved, eligible funding allocations are issued directly into the family’s electronic account setup on the ClassWallet management system.
Step 3: Schedule Consultation
Contact our Cotswold center to establish a personal consult. We will evaluate diagnostic gaps, identify qualifying remediation paths, and link up your active portal profile.
Step 4: Begin Tutoring
We build a personalized learning plan that maximizes your child’s funding. Student sessions launch seamlessly, and all center invoices are cleared directly via ClassWallet.
